Terms and Conditions

  1. Scope
    The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online store. Our online store is exclusively for consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legally recognized partnership acting in the exercise of their trade, business, or professional activity when entering into a legal transaction.

  1. Contractual Partner, Contract Formation, and Correction Options
    The purchase contract is concluded with Shaliach Elior.

By listing the products in the online shop, we provide a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and adjust your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided and explained in the ordering process. The contract is formed when you accept the offer for the goods contained in your shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive a confirmation email.

  1. Contract Language and Text Storage
    The available contract languages are: German, English.

We store the contract text and send you the order data and our terms and conditions in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible online.

  1. Delivery Conditions
    4.1 Shipping Costs
    Standard shipping is free of charge for orders over €120.

4.2 Delivery Options
We deliver the products to the shipping address specified during the order process.

We ship exclusively via delivery services. Self-collection of goods is not possible.

  1. Payment
    The following payment methods are available in our shop:

  • Credit Card
    During the order process, you provide your credit card details. Your card will be charged immediately after placing the order.

  • PayPal
    To pay via PayPal, you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate with your login details, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out by PayPal after you have received the goods. Further instructions are provided during the order process.

    PayPal may offer additional payment options to registered users based on its own criteria. We have no influence on this offering; these options pertain solely to your relationship with PayPal. For more details, please check your PayPal account.

  1. Warranty and Guarantees

    The statutory warranty laws apply.

6.2 Guarantees and Customer Service
Details about any additional guarantees and their exact conditions can be found with the respective product or on special information pages in the online shop.

  1. Dispute Resolution
    The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can access here.

Important Notice: The ODR platform will be permanently discontinued on July 20, 2025. Submission of complaints to the ODR platform will cease as of March 20, 2025. We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
