Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have or has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Godwin Müller, Heistraße 2A, 45891 Gelsenkirchen, Germany, support@shaliach-elior.com, Phone: 017657934150) of your decision to withdraw from this contract through a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, though it is not mandatory. Alternatively, you can fill out and submit the model withdrawal form or another clear declaration electronically on our website at https://www.shaliach-elior.de/pages/contact. If you use this option, we will promptly send you confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal (e.g., via email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we are required to refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that was not necessary for checking the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Special Notes

If you finance this contract through a loan and later withdraw from it, you are also no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided both contracts form an economic unit. This is particularly the case if we are simultaneously your lender or if your lender uses our cooperation to finance the loan. If the loan has already been disbursed to us upon the effectiveness of the withdrawal, your lender assumes our rights and obligations under the financed contract regarding the legal consequences of withdrawal or return. This does not apply if the present contract concerns the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g., securities, foreign currencies, or derivatives).

To avoid any contractual obligations as much as possible, make use of your right of withdrawal and also withdraw from the loan agreement if you have the right to do so.
